Senior Consultant - Learning & Development

Infosys Consulting Workforce Transformation practice seeks a Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP related Instructional Design, Training, Communications, and Project Management to build outcome‑driven multimodal training programs for clients. The owner of such programs will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to design and implement learning initiatives that increase employee engagement, accelerate performance, and improve business outcomes.

• Conduct learning needs analysis and engage with client stakeholders to assess current learning programs, gaps, and future skills required to determine client learning needs.
• Design and deliver SAP related training content per client specifications, including instructor‑led training, eLearning, and Knowledge Transfer.
• Construct project deliverables such as PowerPoint, video, and end‑user print documentation including job aids.
• Lead substantial work streams, managing teams of consultants and analysts.
• Identify and track program metrics and status.
• Proactively seek opportunities to add value and address client pain points.
• Lead and facilitate client workshops to collaborate with clients and educate them through process.
• Support growth of the Workforce Transformation practice by contributing to collateral development and methodology.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• 5 or more years experience in Instructional Design, Training, and Communications.
• Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state, and national client locations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer’s visa sponsorship. Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
• Resident of a Hub location or live within a 2-hour distance to a Hub location – Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Boston, NY City, Basking Ridge NJ, Atlanta, Bay Area CA, Seattle, WA.
• Strong presentation skills with advanced expertise in PowerPoint to deliver impactful presentations.
• Experience with SAP work in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, and/or Training.
• Strong executive presence and expert written and verbal communication skills when addressing senior audiences.
• Ability to analyze data, conduct interviews, and communicate results to management.
• Organized and capable of working independently.
• Ability to work as part of a cross‑cultural team with flexibility to support multiple time zones.
• Proficient with all MS Office tools.

• Graduate degree preferred – Business Administration, Education, Organizational Behavior and Development, Communications, or related fields.
• Mastery of Learning & Development technologies and architecture, including LMSs, LXPs, DAPs, and other learning technologies.
• Prior work developing SAP related training materials.
• Understanding of Generative AI applications in Learning & Development.
• Experience building training strategy and plans from the ground up.
• Experience assessing and creating skills and competency models.
• Ability to build enduring relationships with client team members.
• Strategic thinker who pays attention to detail and is willing to roll up sleeves and perform required tasks.
• Creative problem solver comfortable with ambiguity and proactive energy.
