Head Coach Mens Soccer

Position Summary

Applications are invited for consideration for the position of Head Men's Soccer Coach at Yeshiva University. This is a part-time position responsible for all aspects of leading an NCAA Division III men's soccer program.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Recruitment of prospective student‑athletes
• Student‑athlete development
• Training sessions
• Match preparation
• Supervision of assistants
• Scheduling
• Administrative tasks
• Monitoring the academic status of student‑athletes
• The head coach will also be responsible for working with Athletics staff to support and uphold the philosophy, goals and mission of both the University and the YU Athletics Program

• Bachelor's degree required
• A commitment to knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations
• A minimum two years of collegiate coaching experience preferred, or three years at the high school or club level
• A commitment to working closely with the department's recruiting coordinator on identifying and building relationships with Yeshiva High School and international recruits
• Demonstrated ability to establish good rapport and effective working relationships with student‑athletes, coaches, staff, and alumni
• Ability to work nights, weekends and maintain a flexible work schedule
