Location: New York
Mirage is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the end-to-end customer journey across Captions’ products. You’ll build and scale lifecycle programs driving onboarding, conversion, retention, and winback across iOS, Android, and web.
You’ll own strategy and execution: defining the roadmap, building campaigns, and optimizing performance across email, push, and in-app channels. Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and creative teams to deliver timely, personalized experiences.
