Capital Preparatory Schools offers competitive salaries for first-year teachers, ranging from $62,784 for non-certified bachelor's degree holders to $79,200 for those with a master's degree and certification. Salary is commensurate with years of lead teaching experience, education level and certification status. The position is full-time, full-year exempt and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
