Location: Wyandanch
The Academy Charter School in Wyandanch, NY is looking for an ESL teacher to deepen students’ mastery of English through reading, writing, speaking and listening. You will plan, develop, and deliver instruction to small groups and provide ESL support in pull-out sessions.
You’ll align lessons to NYS ESL standards, differentiate instruction with technology, and prepare students to pass the NYSESLAT. A Bachelor’s in English and NYS ESL certification are required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
