Role
NY Pillar Church is launching as a partnership between the KC (Korean Congregation) and EC (English Congregation) to fulfill the Great Commission. We are seeking a Youth Pastor to lead our 6th–12th grade students. The Youth Pastor will work in close collaboration with the English Congregation (EC) Lead Pastor.
VisionOur vision is to produce and train disciples who graduate high school as faithful, resilient believers. Whether they stay local at NY Pillar or move away for college and career, they must be equipped with the faith and Biblical foundation to continue their faith journey in any local church body.
Core Responsibilities- Weekly Worship & Fellowship:
Prepare and lead Friday Night Youth Gatherings and Sunday Youth Worship. - Discipleship & Training:
Coordinate Sunday Small Groups and lead weekly briefings with Youth Teachers and the Youth Team Lead. - Staff
Collaboration:
Participate in the weekly All-Staff meeting to ensure alignment with the church’s broader vision. - Major Events:
Prepare, coordinate, and lead the annual Youth Retreat and participate in significant church-wide bilingual events.
