QUALIFICATIONSApplicants must possess (or be eligible for) New York state SAS/SBL. Successful secondary teaching experience (or equivalent) is required.
Rush-Henrietta is seeking a dynamic, dedicated, diverse applicant to join the Burger Junior High School leadership team as a full‑time (12‑month) tenure‑track assistant principal. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of secondary instruction, adolescent development, and supervisory practices that foster teacher growth and student achievement. Collaborative leadership, effective communication, initiative, and the ability to manage school operations are essential. The candidate must be able to collaborate with students and families in a culturally responsive manner and work for the success of all students.
