Lead Twos Teacher – Staten Island, NY

$21–$24 per hour (based on experience). Full-Time, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Hiring for Ages 2–3.

• Lead a classroom of children ages 2–3 using our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®
• Create a safe, nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
• Foster children's social, emotional, language, and cognitive development through hands‑on learning
• Coach and mentor assistant teachers while maintaining a positive classroom culture
• Manage daily classroom routines, transitions, and activities
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families about their child's growth and development
• Maintain licensing, health, and safety standards at all times

• 1–2 years of experience as a lead or assistant teacher in a childcare, daycare, or early childhood setting
• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or higher) is REQUIRED, OR currently enrolled in an approved Early Childhood Education Study Plan that meets NYC Article 47 requirements.
• Must meet NYC Article 47 qualifications to lead a classroom serving children ages 2–3
• Strong knowledge of child development and Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP)
• Excellent classroom management and leadership skills
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
