Alpha operates on a two-hour learning framework. You will directly manage a cohort of K‑3 learners while coaching Guides who mentor students, with active daily engagement on-site in New York, Miami, or San Francisco.
Responsibilities include leading live one-hour workshops on life skills, individual and small-group motivation sessions, and developing playbooks to scale methods across cohorts, while training Guides to maintain standards as the team grows.
