Wearedream in New York City seeks Youth Workers to lead groups of students daily in after-school and summer programs at East Harlem and the South Bronx. You will deliver sports, SEL, enrichment, and academic support while pursuing professional development and potential DREAM Teaching Fellowship.
You will supervise groups 18–20 during the school year and up to 28 in summer, facilitate lessons, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with the team.
