Remuneration: $1,008 per lecture hour

General Description

SUNY Niagara requires a part time instructor to teach various courses in the Mathematics program. Classes are held on the main campus in Sanborn, NY.

• Teach assigned mathematics courses in a virtual or face‑to‑face format.
• Develop, prepare, and deliver course content and assessments.
• Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
• Maintain a classroom environment that supports a diverse student population.

• Ability to work with, and teach, a diverse student population.
• Ability to speak in front of groups.
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, co‑workers, supervisors, and the campus community.
• Ability to develop, prepare, and present information.
• Must be able to operate computers.
• Must be able to physically perform the duties of the position.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.

Previous teaching experience.
