Education Through Music in New York City recruits classroom assistant teachers to support licensed music teachers in partner public schools. You will lead rehearsals, help with school concerts, manage behavior, and track student progress using ETM benchmarks.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in Music or related field, at least one year of teaching or student teaching, strong vocal ability, and solid knowledge of musical pedagogy;
Master’s in Music Education is a plus. Compensation is $20/hour.
