The New York Public Library (NYPL) invites applications for the Library Information Assistant role at the Grand Concourse Library. You will help patrons with information queries, provide circulation services, and support outreach and programming to engage the community.
Under supervision, you will assist with programs for children, teens and adults, teach basic Internet skills, and help manage fines, collections, and opening/closing procedures. A strong customer-service orientation is essential.
