SUNY Niagara is seeking a part-time Testing Proctor & Success Coach to support Accessibility Services at the Sanborn campus. This role assists with testing accommodations, data management in Banner, and case management for a student cohort.
Typical hours are 28 per week, Monday–Thursday 11:30am–7:00pm with some evening shifts. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology or related field, plus customer service experience and ability to work with a diverse student population.
