Stellantis is seeking a Maserati Dealer Technical Training Instructor to deliver world-class technical training to dealer technicians. In this role, you will design and deliver instructor-led and virtual courses on diagnostics, repair procedures, EV and hybrid systems, and advanced vehicle electronics for Maserati products. You will assess skill gaps, develop course materials, and support certification programs to ensure dealer technicians can resolve complex issues quickly, safely, and to Maserati standards.
You will collaborate with engineering, service, and field teams to keep content aligned with new models, software updates, and emerging technologies, while promoting a culture of continuous learning and customer-focused quality.
