DEPARTMENT OF ACCOUNTANCY is one of seven departments in the Tobin College of Business . The department has full-time faculty members and utilizes several adjuncts to cover courses in the Tobin core at the undergraduate and graduate level s as well as degree programs in B.S. in Accounting, M.S. in Accounting, and M BA concentration in Accounting .

The Department of Accountancy within the Tobin College of Business n's University seeks adjunct faculty to teach a P rinciples of F inancial A ccounting class as well as an Accounting Information Systems class for the Fall 2026 semester and beyond for daytime and/or nighttime courses at our Queens campus (8000 Utopia Parkway).

Master’s degree and prior teaching experience preferred in area or related field. Strong industry experience is strongly recommended.

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the per course salary range for this position is

• Adjunct Professor $10,000 to 11,000
• Adjunct Associate Professor $9,000 to $10,700
• Adjunct Assistant Professor $7,700 to $9,500
• Adjunct Instructor $7,500 to $7,800
