Location:New York City & New Jersey (Travel Required)

Schedule:Part-Time | School Day, After-School, and Occasional Evening Programs

As a Program Facilitator, you will lead engaging workshops in schools and community settings.
Youdo not need to facilitate every program.
We're looking for individuals with expertise or interest in one or more of our program areas.

• Facilitate engaging, interactive workshops for students, educators, and families.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and energetic learning environment.
• Build authentic relationships with participants.
• Encourage discussion, reflection, teamwork, and personal growth.
• Follow Equality Education curriculum while bringing your own personality and strengths to each session.
• Adapt activities based on participant needs and group dynamics.
• Arrive prepared, professional, and on time.
• Represent Equality Education with excellence in every school and community.

• Love working with children, teens, or adults.

• Can connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working with youth or adults in educational, nonprofit, recreation, or community settings preferred.
• Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout NYC and/or New Jersey.
• Ability to pass any required background checks.
