Aboutthe Role
As a Program Facilitator, you will lead engaging workshops in schools and community settings.
Youdo not need to facilitate every program.
We're looking for individuals with expertise or interest in one or more of our program areas.

- Facilitate engaging, interactive workshops for students, educators, and families.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and energetic learning environment.

- Follow Equality Education curriculum while bringing your own personality and strengths to each session.
- Adapt activities based on participant needs and group dynamics.
- Arrive prepared, professional, and on time.
- Represent Equality Education with excellence in every school and community.
- Love working with children, teens, or adults.
- Are energetic, engaging, and confident leading groups.
- Can connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Are dependable, organized, and professional.
- Communicate clearly and effectively.

- Ability to pass any required background checks.
