The YMCA of Greater New York is hiring a Content Specialist (Northeast Bronx YMCA) to curate and manage curricula for COMPASS programs, supervise staff, and raise program quality. This part-time role supports youth learning and development in a dynamic After school setting.
Under supervision, you will coach staff, review content, and ensure alignment with OCFS/DOH standards while fostering an inclusive, positive environment for youth across multiple sites.
