Associate Manager, Global Education, Events

• Support the execution of rhode’s global education strategy by developing scalable programs.
• Create and maintain education tools and resources for a consistent brand and product experience.
• Identify opportunities to evolve education through innovative formats.
• Support the development of education for product launches with compelling materials.
• Manage education timelines for timely material delivery.
• Partner with Global Field team for education initiatives and retail execution.
• Plan, execute field conferences and training events.
• Gather insights from the field to improve education content and programs.
• Adapt global education materials for regional audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
• Measure effectiveness of education programs to enhance content and delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in education, learning and development, retail education, product education, or training within beauty or skincare
• Experience working with prestige retail partners, including Sephora, is a plus.
• Familiarity with Sephora education programs, learning platforms, and retail training tools is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting global education initiatives or international markets is preferred.
• Experience developing engaging education content across digital and in-person formats.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
• Ability to travel as needed and maintain flexibility to collaborate effectively across international markets and global time zones.
