• Location: Nassau/Suffolk County, NY
• Status: Fee for service
• Hours: Monday-Friday (Follows school calendar)
• Compensation: $55-$60/hour (Rate determined by service, experience, and certifications; may be full-time or fee‑for‑service depending on caseload)

• Work with students in the home, community, and/or school setting to provide individualized lessons that target IEP goals.
• Develop creative and multi-sensory lessons based on IEP goals to engage learners of various abilities.
• Collect meaningful data on IEP goals and report quarterly on child’s progress.
• Maintain ongoing communication with lead supervisors and the school team.
• Maintain accurate attendance and submit electronic billing daily.
• Knowledge of discrete trial instruction, natural environment teaching, and incidental teaching is a plus.
• Attend professional development trainings to maintain best practices and continue personal growth.
• Maintain professionalism with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
• Attend CSE meetings.

• NYS Teacher certification and/or Students with Disabilities certification (Certification must be 1-6, All grades or Permanent)
• Must be certified in Wilson Reading and/or Orton Gillingham
• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting children and families preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
