We are a leading, full-service child care and early education provider with 10+ locations in the Bronx and Brooklyn, and we are seeking a talented and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to lead our Head Start, 3K, and UPK classrooms. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans, engaging with families, and creating a safe and nurturing environment for our students.

• Structure a learning environment that promotes child health and safety
• Plan and lead classroom instruction that is developmentally appropriate and meets the needs of children
• Actively engage with families to ensure parents/caregivers are knowledgeable about the child’s program
• Implement a developmentally appropriate daily schedule, including the incorporation of transitions and age-appropriate opportunities
• Create a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for students that is conducive to learning
• Support implementation of behavior plans and/or IFSP/IEP goals, as appropriate

• BA in ECE (Early Childhood Education) or a related field

• Competitive salary based on education and experience level: $50,000 - $65,000 ANNUALLY
