Design, develop, and implement system-wide e-learning and instructional design solutions to support learning and development initiatives. Create regulatory training modules, interactive online learning content, videos, and training materials while managing deployment through the People Soft ELM environment.

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• Design and develop e-learning courses and instructional content.
• Create interactive learning using Articulate Storyline, Studio, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, and Audacity.
• Develop microlearning modules, training videos, and instructional materials.
• Design graphics, flyers, manuals, brochures, and training catalogs.
• Perform module testing and upload content to People Soft ELM.
• Support system-wide learning and development initiatives.

• Minimum 2 years of eLearning development experience.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe Captivate.
