The Northeast Bronx YMCA is seeking an Inclusion Specialist to join the After school team at YMCA of Greater New York. You will help create an accessible, inclusive program, guiding students to make positive choices and build confidence with a compassionate team.
You will support behavioral plans, collaborate with staff and families, and implement trauma-informed strategies to reach all youth, including those with diverse abilities.
