Position Description
Manhattan University seeks an innovative and dynamic Dean to lead theO’Malley School of Business through a transformative period ofgrowth and renewal. The Dean will build on the University’s currentofferings and take the O’Malley School of Business to new levels of academic programming and excellence, responsive to the rapidly evolving, AI-infused workplace. They will be a key figure instrengthening the school’s ties to industry, enhancing studentcareer outcomes, and driving enrollment growth.
This role requiresa leader who is both academically proficient and deeply connected to the business community in New York City, capable offorging strong partnerships that benefit both students and the University.

Reporting directly to the Provost, the Dean is responsible for ensuring the continuation of the exceptional reputation of theO’Malley School of Business. The Dean is expected to provide abroad vision for the business disciplines and further develop relationships with high-profile alumni, donors, and industry. The successful applicant must represent the School’s academic programseffectively to the public, media, alumni/ae, donors, regulators,AACSB, and the Manhattan University Board of Trustees and theO’Malley School of Business Advisory Board.
The ideal candidate will also develop and foster relationships with finance and other industry firms in the city and region, be actively involved in professional organizations, and/or hold leadership roles in professional organizations.

The salary range for this position will be $275,000-$325,000annually.
