Lead And Floater Teachers

Mon-Fri, $16.50-$23/hour! Health insurance reimbursements, 401k, PTO, discounted childcare, paid holidays, teacher appreciation surprises and more!

Floater Teacher Pay: $16.50-$17.50/hr

Assistant Teacher Pay: $16.50-$18/hr

Lead Teacher Pay: $20-$23/hr

Closer Teacher Pay: $17-$19/hr

Age Groups:
All positions are year-round permanent roles! NO seasonal or summer-only positions are available. Toddler Assistants (18-36 months)

• Develop a careful and creative program suitable for specific age groups of children
• Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children
• Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum
• Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are always safe.
• Track children's progress and communicate with parents regularly
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.

• At least 18 years of age and a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education (required for Lead Teacher positions)
• OCFS certification preferred
