Required Qualifications:

Valid New York State School Building Leader (SBL) certification (or eligibility for certification).
Minimum of five years of successful public school experience, including at least three years of administrative leadership experience at the secondary level or an equivalent leadership role.
Demonstrated success as an exceptional educator and instructional leader with a commitment to improving student achievement.
Thorough knowledge of New York State Learning Standards, graduation requirements, assessment practices, and school improvement processes.
Evidence of strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.
Demonstrated ability to supervise, develop, and evaluate staff while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
High ethical standards, sound judgment, and unquestioned personal and professional integrity.

Qualifications Desired:

Successful administrative and/or teaching experience at the secondary level.
