About

The Role

FTI Consulting is seeking an Associate II, Campaign Activation Specialist to support our global Paid Media team. This role will report to the Manager, Paid Media and play a critical part in activating, monitoring, and reporting on digital campaigns across multiple regions, segments, and platforms. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What

You’ll Do

Campaign Process Support Manage intake and qualification: schedule briefing calls, walk teams through requirements, and evaluate eligibility for paid support. Assist with strategy and planning by supporting budget allocation, KPIs, channel and audience recommendations. Provide creative guidance: advise on formats, review copy for compliance and best practices. Build and traffic smaller Linked In campaigns for regional/segment needs, including UTMs, QA, previews, and performance forecasts.

Maintain continuous monitoring, budget optimization, and communication with internal stakeholders. Deliver reporting snapshots and performance updates; answer ad-hoc campaign questions. Support tracker management to ensure live, pipeline, and ended campaigns are updated with KPIs. Bi-monthly distribution of tracker updates to teams.

Global Initiatives

Provide reporting and coordination support for major initiatives (e.g., Global Brand Campaign, CP&A, Geopolitical, Compass Lexecon, and “Always-On” search campaigns). Help organize premium placements and cross-regional alignment. Support performance reporting for leadership and ExCo.

Financial Coordination

Manage monthly invoicing processes to ensure accurate attribution of campaign costs across segments and regions.

What You Will Need To Succeed Basic Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign activation, or paid media.
  • Hands-on experience with Linked In Campaign Manager (required);
    Google Ads a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • This position requires travel to clients and FTI offices.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Compensation
