Description and Responsibilities
- Assist members with homework and academic enrichment
- Engage youth in recreational and physical activities
- Facilitate and deliver Boys & Girls Club of America programs
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor for youth across multiple age groups
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming Club environment
- Part-Time:
Monday – Friday, 3:00pm – 7:00pm
- Demonstrated ability and interest in youth development
- Direct experience working with children in camp, school, or similar settings
- College coursework in a related field (e.g., Secondary Education, Child Psychology, Physical Education, Sports Coaching) is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
