White Glove Community Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate ABA Special Ed Teacher to join our team of dedicated early intervention professionals in Special Education in Queens, NY. As a Special Education Teacher, you will provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs, including those with autism and related disorders. Responsibilities:
- Utilize early intervention strategies and learning technologies to promote literacy and social skills
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents and other professionals
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Special Education (MSED)
- Teacher's certification for students with disabilities Birth-Grade 2
- Experience working with children with special needs, specifically those with developmental disabilities and autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
