Elementary Special Ed Teacher

The Le Roy Central School District has an anticipated opening for a 1.0 FTEelementary special educationteacherat our Wolcott Street Elementary School beginning in September 2026.

We are seeking an individual to join our successful special education department. Le Roy CSDhas a proud tradition of academic excellence and maintains high behavioral standards. We have a very diverse and vast course catalog that allows our students to challenge themselves and expand their horizons. We look forward to hiring an individual that will have a positive impact on our school community.

The Ideal Candidate will:

• NYS Certification in Students with Disabilities
• Manage the academic, social and emotional needs of students with disabilities
• Support the instruction and evaluation of students with disabilities
• Develop and support the implementation of the Individualed Education Program (IEP) for students with disabilities
• Serve as liaison between students, general education teachers, CSE, and families.
