You're convinced that young learners are capable of accomplishing far more than conventional classrooms demand, and you've led teams that back it up with concrete, measurable gains. You understand that accountability, motivation, and rigorous standards transform trajectories—not another stack of worksheets.

Alpha completes academics in two focused hours each morning using adaptive learning technology. This structure allows you to concentrate on what drives lasting impact: coaching students toward independence and developing the Guides who enable that transformation. You'll be accountable for outcomes within a K-3 cohort, leveraging observation, data, and coaching to guarantee that every child enjoys school, advances at twice the typical pace, and cultivates outstanding life skills.

This position is neither an instructional coach nor a principal. You won't find yourself trapped in endless meetings or administrative tasks. Instead, you'll be present in classrooms—evaluating student and Guide performance, leading workshops on focus, communication, accountability, and resilience, and coaching children and adults alike toward quantifiable progress.

Your impact will extend well beyond your assigned cohort. You'll capture what succeeds, create playbooks that elevate school wide standards, and influence how Alpha trains its next generation of Guides. • Use performance data, classroom observations, and targeted feedback to coach Guides and students toward measurable gains.
• Design and deliver dynamic workshops for K-3 students covering communication, accountability, resilience, focus, collaboration, and other essential life skills.
• Conduct one‑on‑one and small‑group coaching that links student motivation with academic independence and progress.
• Develop and iterate on reusable coaching frameworks that improve performance across the entire Guide team.
• Mentor and train Guides while consistently demonstrating exemplary coaching and facilitation practices.

• Teaching traditional lessons or lecturing students on academic content; adaptive technology manages core instruction.
• Resorting to punishment‑based discipline or reducing expectations when students encounter difficulties.
• Operating from an office rather than engaging directly with students and Guides on a daily basis.
• Handling campus operations, budget oversight, or parent communication; your priority is people development and outcome improvement.
• Adhering to standard elementary school conventions simply because 'it's always been done that way.'

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, Organizational Leadership, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years working with elementary‑aged children (roughly ages 5‑9).
• Proven experience leading teams of five or more, including responsibilities for performance management and hiring.
• Track record of building, launching, or substantially growing a program, team, initiative, or school—not simply sustaining an existing operation.
• Documented success leveraging data and measurable outcomes to enhance team or student performance.
• Enthusiastic about questioning traditional education models and adopting a coaching‑centered methodology.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.
