Assistant Coaches

Rondout Valley Central School District is seeking a variety of unpaid assistant coaches for the 2025/2026 school year.

Duties:
Overall development, supervision and promotion of program. Uphold and reinforce Rondout Valley Athletic Code of Conduct.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid NYS certificate to teach physical education OR a valid NYS teaching certificate in an area other than physical education OR a valid Temporary Coaching License by applying on-line through the NYSED TEACH system. Must have current and valid CPR, First Aid and fingerprint clearance through NYS Education. Coaching is a yearly appointment, so all coaches must apply each year in order to be considered for each coaching position.

Salary:
Unpaid/Volunteer.
