Overview
The Senior Associate, Digital Investment plays a key role in developing campaigns from brief to RFP to post‑campaign analysis. They maintain quality control of media campaigns, evaluate and improve performance against client goals, and build and sustain industry publisher relationships. The Senior Associate brings and executes ideas across the digital media ecosystem (Display, Mobile, Social, Video, Content Sponsor ships, etc.) and collaborates within a team focused on client service and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Daily maintenance of assigned accounts (billing issues, budget revisions in Prisma, flowchart updating, post‑buy analyses, etc.)
- Research, strategize, plan, and present plans with full execution
- Plan, buy, and negotiate media across desktop, mobile, social, and other emerging digital platforms
- Steward campaign pacing and optimization activity
- Review media authorizations and reconciliations
- Guide Associates on campaign execution processes
- Coordinate with creative, ad ops, and analytics teams to manage deliverables
- Develop insights for post‑campaign reports
- Build strong relationships with vendors and clients
- Stay apprised of industry standards, new media programs, trends, and competitive landscape
- 1+ year’s experience as an Assistant/Associate or Media Planner/Buyer with a focus on digital
- Working knowledge of integrating media research into planning (MRI, Nielsen, com Score, Emarketer)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Deep understanding of third‑party ad servers/reporting functions (Doubleclick, Innovid)
- Proficient in Prisma (media management tool)
- Knowledge of third‑party ad measurement and traffic tools (e.g., Integral Ad Science)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

CompensationCompensation Range: $60,800 – $93,600 annually. The Company reserves the right to modify the pay range at any time. The Final date to receive applications is June 24 2026.
