What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Empower Students:
  Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students, addressing emotional and behavioral needs.
• Strengthen Community:
  Partner with families, teachers, and administrators to create a safe, healthy, and supportive school culture.
• Conduct Insightful Assessments:
  Use comprehensive assessment methods to understand student needs and guide educational planning.
• Data-Driven Interventions:
  Utilize data-driven, evidence-based practices to develop interventions that make a real difference.
