Probationary Special Education Teacher Opportunity
Amazing opportunity to support students in an alternative environment that allows for collaboration, pupil support services, MTSS supports and more.
Anticipated assignment will be the Kelley School (Grades 3-5) in the ATS program.
Job Qualifications
Performance knowledge, skills, abilities and personal characteristics:
Good knowledge of student development at the appropriate school level. Hold high and clear expectations for students and self. Be able to work effectively with a variety of staff and community groups. Possess a classroom management style which fosters a student effort and accountability. Knowledge of curriculum and the instructional practices. Operate in a respectful, responsible manner.
Minimum requirements:
New York State Teacher Certification
