The Equality Charter School located in the Bronx is seeking an energetic, motivated, and inspiring Assistant Coach flag footballfor our high school co‑ed team during the 26‑27 school year. Applicants should have at least 1-2 years of experience in coaching . Applicants with no coaching experience but a background participating on a college/university level team, please apply. The coach will work under the direct supervision of the Athletic Director.

The coach will be responsible for assisting with training athletes, preparing them for competition, and developing their skills at a competitive level. The coach will be required to enforce discipline, nurture student needs, and model sportsman-like behavior at all times.
