Our work focuses on helping students strengthen organization, planning, time management, self-advocacy, emotional regulation, study strategies, and confidence. We partner closely with families to provide individualized support that empowers students with learning differences to become more independent learners.

We're Looking For Experienced Executive Function Coaches who enjoy working with middle school, high school, and young adult students with learning differences.

This position is an excellent fit for professionals with backgrounds in:

Teaching Tutoring (or Former Tutors)
Educational Psychology Clinical Psychology School Psychology Counseling Educational  Therapy Executive Function Coaching Learning Specialist rolesLMFT, LPC, LCSW, or similar counseling backgrounds (clinical licensure not required unless applicable)
We're especially interested in professionals who understand adolescent development, communicate effectively with parents, and can establish supportive, consistent coaching relationships while maintaining healthy professional boundaries.

Qualifications Must reside in Brooklyn or Lower Manhattan (as we are currently looking for Brooklyn and lower Manhattan professionals to service Brooklyn families)
Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree or higher preferred)
Executive Function coaching experience required

Prior teaching, tutoring, counseling, or educational coaching experience preferred

Experience supporting students with learning differences

Experience working with students attending New York independent or private schools strongly preferred

Experience working with high-net-worth families is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (NYC/Brooklyn - Subway is acceptable)
Available weekday afternoons and evenings, plus one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
Available approximately 12–15 hours per week Graduate students pursuing Master's degrees in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and based on education, professional experience, and coaching expertise. The highest compensation levels are reserved for candidates with advanced degrees and extensive experience in executive functioning, learning support, or educational coaching.
