The most effective leaders define success not by personal accomplishment but by the achievements of those they develop.
If you have a proven record of building high-performing teams, elevating people beyond their own expectations, and flourishing in cultures that demand excellence, this opportunity allows you to deploy those capabilities in service of the next generation.
At Alpha, students do not sit through traditional lectures. Academic mastery occurs through adaptive technology, freeing Guides to concentrate on coaching, accountability, motivation, and essential life skills. As a Lead Guide, your mission is to assemble and develop the team that executes this model—mentoring Guides, cultivating emerging leaders, and establishing an environment in which students routinely surpass expectations.
This position does not involve instructional coaching or classroom teaching. You will not review lesson plans or observe lectures, because they do not exist. Your work centers on building a culture of excellence: coaching Guides, facilitating dynamic life skills workshops, and inspiring students toward ambitious objectives. Success is defined by the caliber of student experiences, team performance, and your capacity to uphold rigorous standards while motivating others to embrace them.
Alpha is creating the world s premier K-12 experience. That demands leaders who have demonstrated the ability to elevate others performance, make objective, data-informed decisions, and champion bold innovation over entrenched convention. If that reflects your track record, we welcome the opportunity to connect.

Greenwich, CT;
Boca Raton, FL;
Miami, FL;
