Your role is crucial in shaping the foundational experiences of our students in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

• B.A. in Early Childhood Education
• OR
• B.A. in any field and enrolled in ECE college program

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. Provide individualized attention to each child, ensuring their unique needs are met. Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere that encourages exploration and creativity. Monitor and assess children's progress through standardized testing and observational methods. Collaborate with parents and guardians to support child welfare and development ticipate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in preschool education.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space.

Skills:

Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment. Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including toddler care and behavior management. Experience in curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children. Ability to educate young children using engaging methods that promote curiosity and learning. Understanding of child welfare principles to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
