Responsibilities
Content Knowledge and Planning
- KnowledgeoftheIEPprocess,referralprocess,readingIEPsandputtingplansintoplacetomeetIEPgoals
- AbilitytowriteIEPteacherreportsandsubmithighqualityreportsonadeadline
- Exhibitanunderstandingofandskillsrelevanttothesubjectarea(s) taught
- Integrateavailabletechnologyresourcescompatiblewithstudents’needsandabilities
- Developlessonplansthatareclear,logical,andsequentialaswellasdifferentiatedbasedonthestudentsyouserve
- Planwithappropriatespecialist(s) todifferentiateinstructiontomeettheneedsofallstudents
Instructional Strategies
- Implementthealternativeteachingmodel(smallgroupinstruction) intwocontentareas,focusedonstudentswhohaveIEPsandhavebeenidentifiedas Tier2or Tier3studentsbasedonour MTSSprogram
- Progressmonitorstudents’performanceovertimebymaintainingclearandaccuraterecordsthatdemonstrateevidenceofstudentgrowthandlearning

Theregularhoursandworkdaysare Monday through Friday ,7:55amto3:55pminadditiontoanyspecialeventstowhichallstaffareexpectedtoattend.
$75,000-$105,000annually(Basedon Experience)
