Part-Time Piano Teacher

St. John's School is seeking a part-time Piano Teacher. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with students in grades K-12, providing private piano instruction from beginning through advanced levels. Lessons emphasize music reading, theory, and performance. Piano teachers n's work together as part of a collaborative team.

• Teach private piano lessons to students in grades K-12.
• Provide instruction for beginning through advanced piano students.
• Emphasize music reading, music theory, and performance.
• Collaborate with the three-member piano team.
• Manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines and priorities.

• Master's degree preferred.
• Training in both piano pedagogy and piano performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of people, including students and adults.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fluid, dynamic environment.
