CPSE Special Education Teacher

Little Masters Development Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CPSE Special Education Teacher to provide high-quality educational services to preschool-aged children with developmental delays and disabilities. • Provide individualized instruction aligned with each student's IEP goals.
• Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Create a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with families, related service providers, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Participate in CPSE meetings, IEP development, and team planning.
• Utilize evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies to meet students' unique learning needs.

• Current New York State Special Education Certification
• Experience in ABA
• Previous classroom teaching experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working in a CPSE or early intervention setting.
• Knowledge of New York State CPSE regulations and IEP development.
• Experience collaborating with speech, occupational, and physical therapists.
