University Settlement Society Of New York is seeking a Success Mentor to partner with chronically absent youth, meeting weekly with mentees, providing academic support, and linking families to internal and partner resources. You will work with teachers and the Attendance team to set goals, monitor progress, and support SEL needs.
Requires a BA in a related field, 2 years' youth experience, and strong de-escalation skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
