YMCA Boston seeks a Teen Leader to help develop and implement teen programs at the YMCA. You will oversee teen programs, supervise activities, and recruit/retain participants while fostering positive relationships with middle and high school students.
Under the supervision of the Regional Teen Director you will model character traits like responsibility, caring, honesty, and respect, and ensure a safe environment for all young people in the YMCA programs.
