Program Manager

Smart Start Education, LLC seeks Program Managers to lead K-12 assessment and instructional programs for schools and districts nationwide. In this mission-driven role, you will plan and oversee standards-aligned assessment and intervention initiatives, coordinate with educators, and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables. You will analyze assessment data, inform instructional decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of K-12 assessment and instructional programs for school and district clients
• Coordinate with educators and administrators to define goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, tracking scope, budget, risks, and milestones
• Use data and assessment results to refine program design and recommend instructional improvements
• Collaborate with product, content, and implementation teams to deliver standards-aligned solutions
• Support training and professional development sessions for educators on Smart
• Start tools and services
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction and renewal rates
• Prepare reports, presentations, and program updates for internal and external stakeholders
