New York Edge, Inc. in Far Rockaway, NY seeks an African Drum Specialist to lead and promote African drumming within after-school programs. You will organize, teach, and supervise students, aligning activities with New York State Arts Learning Standards and program goals.
The role is part-time, 9-15 hours weekly, Monday through Friday 2:30 pm–5:30 pm. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, teaching experience with youth, and a passion for education and community engagement.
