LEAP’s After school Assistant Program Directors are responsible for overall site management and operations in alignment with LEAP strategic and organizational goals while integrating stakeholder customization and integration, as well as all NYS School Age Child Care laws, regulations, and policies.
They assist the After school Program Director with supervision of staff and program curricula, building capacity through partnerships, and establishing an organizational structure for the program.
