Guest Educator; Substitute Teacher

As the charter schools division of ESS, Enriched offers schools a reliable solution to teacher absences to ensure student learning goes uninterrupted. We are reimagining substitute teaching by having a solid community of vetted, prepared "Guest Educators" ready to jump into classrooms across the country. When students have access to uninterrupted learning, achievement levels rise, futures brighten, and students become more equipped to make positive impacts on their communities in the future.

• flexibility and adaptability in a school setting, whether in the classroom or assisting campus staff
• strong classroom management to keep students learning, on task and engaged
• effectively deliver lesson plans to drive student learning and high levels of student engagement

GE roles may include small group instruction, tutoring, full classroom facilitation, mentorship, enrichment, coaching, early childhood care, administrative support and more.

Scheduling is flexible and on an "as needed" basis, we are looking for individuals with weekly availability of 3 days each week g-term and full-time opportunities may also be available in your area.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2+ years of teaching experience in a traditional classroom setting is preferred
