We collaborate with communities and strong partners to create and implement innovative strategies so everyone can lead healthy, joyful, and successful lives.

Team Leaders work in Graham’s Community Center programs. They supervise children during a variety of academic, recreational, cultural and youth development activities. They create a safe, engaging environment and help children build skill to equip them to handle future education, career and any long-term challenges.

• Lead activities such as academic enrichment, small group tutoring, art projects, interactive literacy, math and stem activities.
• Complete interesting and innovative lesson plans and implement those plans accordingly.
• Create a safe learning environment for participants.
• Maintain accurate student attendance reports and portfolio evaluations.
• Attend staff meetings and/or staff development activities.
• Lead and supervise group of students whilst on offsite trips.
• Empathize with program participants and plan appropriate interventions with staff and supervisors
• Participate in Graham Windham’s organizational activities when appropriate.

• High School Diploma/GED required, College Degree preferred.
• A minimum of 1 experience working with groups of children, youth, is required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Candidates with previous DOE PETS and DOH fingerprints clearance are highly preferred

• Hourly Rate: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
