The New York Public Library's Adult English Language and Literacy (AELL) department seeks a Hub Manager to lead a learning hub at the Washington Heights Library. You will supervise instructors, oversee enrollment, and drive professional development to ensure high-quality ESOL and literacy instruction both in-person and online.
You will coordinate schedules, collaborate with branch staff, develop curricula, monitor outcomes, and promote engaging instructional practices across the hub.
